Use 1 tablespoon of cornflour for every 280ml of liquid you want to thicken.
Blend the cornflour with a small amount of cold water and stir into the recipe.
A great addition to baking, cakes, batters and puddings. Simply use 1 part cornflour to 4 parts plain flour for lighter cakes and puddings.
